I was looking for something to share, something interesting? I found this. And I can only say, I have, since I was 16 (when I went vegetarian (not vegan, that came later) I have NEVER been sick, not one day, no colds, no flu etc, and now? I am 34,000 years and three days old! lol!!!
But, I CAN say this? The only thing that made me actually FEEL bad? Was too much booze! (Which, yes, I DID do sometimes!!) Heavy and sore, days to recover.. just because of that. So, that actually went out the window , too…
That’s it, enjoy the video! And, as they say? Enjoy life. NOTHING you eat is gona kill you. What is a meal, once in a blue moon “forced” to eat meat? cheese? or a nice bottle of red? Whatever!!! Know what you are doing, and why!!! .. (well!) llap!
