Intermittent Fasting?

I chose this video at random. Again, it is choice, and knowledge that YOU learn. Have you tried this? Think about it. “What is a healthy diet?” Oh, I know that one, it is, er, what they tell me!!! And who are they? “Er, them wot make the most money from whatever it is they are selling?”

Ok, imagine, you live 3000-10,000 years ago. What is your diet? Think? Er, how about this? Whatever you can find, when you can find it? So, vegetables, roots, nuts etc are easy and everywhere. Fishing (including collecting shellfish) is quite easy. Hunting? For meat? Ok, THAT is hard. So, er, not much meat, then. But, yes, WHEN you can catch it!!

The rest of the time? You don’t eat!!!! ie, you “fast!”…

I started on the 16:8 like most people. Quickly went to the 20:4.. lost nearly 2 stone in 3 weeks. Never felt better. More alive or awake. What did I eat? Well, as ye may have guessed? I am a “mostly” vegan. But, sometimes? I WILL eat a piece of fish, chicken, or even a pizza, cos I just like it!!!

And, during that 4 hours of “feeding?” Well, I basically just stuffed myself  with what ever I wanted. Then, strickly green tea and coffee/water for the other 20.
